1.When can I expect to receive my order
If you place your order before 6:00 p.m., we’ll begin processing it the same business day. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, after which delivery to Australia usually takes 3–10 business days.
2. How can i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via our Tracking page.
3. Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver to Australia, with free standard shipping on all orders no minimum spend required. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are no additional import fees or taxes upon delivery.
4. What if my package hasn't arrived yet or is lost?
If your order hans't arrived within the expected delivery time, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Still no update? Contact us at info@castelofashion.com If your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll either resend your order or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. I would like to return an item. What do I do?
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@castelofashion.com within 30 days of recieving your order to request a return. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued once we recieve and inspect the returned item.
6. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after recieving and reviewing the returned item. You will recieve a confirmation e-mail once your refund has been issued.
7. Who pays the shipping returning costs?
If you're returning an item because it's damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we'll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g: you changed your mind), the return shipping is at your own expense. Please reach out to info@castelofashion before returning an item.

9. What currency are payments processed in?
All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian Dollar). If you're shopping from outside of Australia, your bank may apply conversion fees or use their own exchange rates.
